Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Recommend measures to improve productivity
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Oversee safety of operations
  • Set up machines and equipment
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers

Supervision

  • Assemblers and inspectors, electrical appliance, apparatus and equipment manufacturing
  • Assemblers, fabricators and inspectors, industrial electrical motors and transformers
  • Machine operators and inspectors, electrical apparatus manufacturing
  • 16-20 people
  • More than 20 people
