Responsibilities
Tasks
- Recommend measures to improve productivity
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train or arrange for training
- Oversee safety of operations
- Set up machines and equipment
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Supervision
- Assemblers and inspectors, electrical appliance, apparatus and equipment manufacturing
- Assemblers, fabricators and inspectors, industrial electrical motors and transformers
- Machine operators and inspectors, electrical apparatus manufacturing
